Tuning up for the Maxi Regatta

Starting this weekend, seven of the world’s most prestigious Maxi yachts are set to grace the waters of Virgin Gorda for the inaugural North Sound Maxi Regatta, hosted by the Bitter End Yacht Club

Racing takes place 21-25 March and over five days of competition, Balthasar, Bullitt, Deep Blue, Galateia, Leopard, Lucky and V will take part in coastal sprints and windward / leeward races, all on the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean.  

Sunday morning will feature the first-ever Maxi Triple Head race. The time trial will determine the fleet's fastest vessel across the water, with the winner earning the title of fastest in the North Sound.
